At the time of this post, these instructions will work with any of the versions of WordPress up to WordPress 3.2.1 and any version of the Thesis Theme up to Thesis Theme 1.8.2. Jim,
great simple tips. reminding us to re-size before we save to the media library is an important one. I have tried to re-size within Wordpress with no luck but successfully use images now in most of my blog posts and I follow the method you describe here.

Best regards,
Clare

Hi Jim,

thanks for the great demo on how you can insert and adjust pictures in thesis.
I have a couple of people I am helping with their blog and they have the Thesis theme.
The way with inserting the URL was new to me.
With the way it works on mine (suffusion theme) is that I can go to advanced option and adjust various things.
Very clear instructions, thank you!
